Jaelynn Hawkins, MA, LMHCA

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, struggling in your relationships, or navigating the challenges of borderline personality disorder (BPD) or other life concerns, therapy should never feel like a one-size-fits-all experience. I believe that meaningful healing begins with understanding your unique story, strengths, and goals.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored specifically to you. Drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I create individualized treatment plans that address your specific needs while honoring your personal values and experiences.

Together, we'll work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop practical tools to manage life's challenges, strengthen emotional resilience, and foster healthier relationships, with yourself and others. Therapy is not about changing who you are; it's about helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I believe that healing happens at your pace. Whether you're taking your first step into therapy or returning after time away, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. My goal is for therapy to become a space where you can explore difficult emotions, gain new perspectives, and leave each session with greater confidence and practical strategies that support your everyday life.
